The MoKan Personal Injury Group was founded as a third party administration firm to handle personal injury cases for other attorneys. In essence MoKan Personal Injury Group would be like the personal injury department of a small firm or an attorney in solo practice. Upon referral we handle all phases of the case, investigations, obtaining the medical records and bills, presenting the claim to the insurance companies, negotiations, and if need be filing suit and following through on all litigation proceedings. We provide complete interactions with the clients as if they were our own making no difference in the handling of the referred clients and those who seek our services direct. When the case is settled the check is issued in the referring attorneys name and our fee for referred cases is a sharing of attorney fees (not just some small "Thank You" referral fee). We represents people who have been injured in an accident which has some connection to Kansas or Missouri (e.g.. one or more of the parties is based in Kansas or Missouri, the accident occurred in Kansas/Missouri or one or more of the parties does business in Kansas or Missouri).

Personal injury cases are the only type of cases
handled by the MoKan Personal Group.

The MoKan Personal Group handles car accidents (MVAs- motor vehicle accidents, buses, motorcycles, mopeds, etc.); bicycle and pedestrian accidents; slip & fall, trip & fall and other premises liability accidents; accidents resulting from defective products (dangerous products liability claims); claims against insurance companies and other claims.
